Anti-Spam Policy

Spam is the term used to describe unsolicited commercial email (UCE)
or facsimile messages. These are also commonly referred to as junk
or bulk messages.
Graphnet’s Anti-Spam Policy
Graphnet prohibits the use of its system for spamming. We may, at
our discretion, refuse to process any job that meets commonly
accepted definitions of spam. We reserve the right to terminate
service or take other appropriate actions against customers who
violate our policies.
Graphnet’s clientele consists of large corporations who use its
services to send enterprise messages, as opposed to commercial
emails or faxes. Our clients transmit messages to recipients with
whom they have an established business relationship; they do not
broadcast unsolicited emails or faxes.
Federal Can-SPAM Email Requirements
The Federal Can-SPAM Act (2003) regulates the distribution of all
commercial emails, and requires that all unsolicited commercial
email messages contain:
- an opt-out mechanism
- a valid subject line and header (routing)
information
- the legitimate physical address of the mailer
SGraphnet’s applications are equipped with various features to
ensure that messages to your customers are never mistaken for spam.
For example, header options allow companies to display their
physical address in all messages. In addition, when recipients open
messages sent through Graphnet, the ‘From’ field always displays the
full name of the sender in addition to their email address.
Graphnet’s programs can also display the recipient’s full name in
the email’s “To” field, as long as that information is provided by
the user. Lastly, Graphnet automatically attaches an unsubscribe
link to the end of every email message so that recipients may remove
themselves from distribution lists at any time.
Graphnet does not allow external hosts to relay mail.
