OneMAIL provides secure access to confidential information sent
in emails to recipients and tracks the number of times your information
was uniquely accessed by single or multiple recipients.
Working
- You send us the
confidential information along with the list of recipients. You can
store the confidential information on our secure servers or your own
company servers.
- We send an email
containing an embedded link to recipients. On the click of the
link, the recipients are re-directed to a secure web site where they
are authenticated and can then view the confidential information.
- We use HTML Open
Tracking and Pull files (Standard, Click-through and Job-level) to
determine the number of unique hits on your information.
- We send detailed
access reporting including information on hard and soft email
bouncing to you.
