Inbound Fax, Email, and Voice Alerts

Now subscribers can be alerted to new inbound messages in their Unified Mailboxes. Inbound notifications, sent to SMS devices, can contain the message type (fax, email, or voice), the sender's identity, and other relevant information about the message.

Delivery Alerts

Outbound delivery alerts can be sent via SMS to alert senders to the delivery status of their outbound messages, allowing delivered and cancelled messages to be remotely monitored and managed.
