Graphnet provides delivery of fax messages to Outlook through its
fax/voice-to-email service.
Graphnet can assign each user (or a group of users) a fax number that
is mapped to the user’s email address. By default, IVFN mapping is
implemented on Graphnet’s messaging system and managed by the
customers’ personnel through a Web-Based interface. Alternatively,
address mapping could be implemented on the customer end - in this
scenario Graphnet would forward incoming fax messages to IVFN@company.com
and leave the mapping task to the customer’s email system.
DID numbers for inbound services are available in North America, Europe
and Asia-Pacific regions. Fax senders will never receive a busy signal
and confidentiality of incoming fax documents can be maintained.
Graphnet’s network capacity allows the offering of an unlimited number of
regional inbound DID’s per enterprise.
